Our team
Karapet Mirakyan is a dedicated and knowledgeable registered nurse with extensive experience. He is the Operational Nursing Manger in Pacifica Hospital of Valley and a certified critical care registered nurse in Hollywood Presbyterian Intensive Care Unit. He is a licensed Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the state of California, Nevada, and Arizona. Karapet received his master's degree from Western University of Health Sciences in 2020. Since 2014 he has been working in the critical care field in ICU and Emergency Room in various medical facilities in Los Angeles. Along with his clinical duties in critical care, he started critical care new graduate program in both hospitals and has been directing them since then.
He belongs to many professional organizations including: American Association of Nurses, American Association of Critical Nurses, American Association of Emergency Nurses, Oncology Nurses Association, California and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. He also has a publication on postpartum pregnancy in low socioeconomic areas, due to failed education in contraceptive methods.

When it comes to policies and procedures, Robert is the person we go to. He has been a registered nurse for more than 10 years. In those 10 years he worked in various settings, including as a director of the Telemetry unit in Pacifica Hospital of the Valley. He also worked as Operational Nursing Supervisor at Valley Presbyterian Hospital and in the same setting he worked in the emergency department as charge nurse.
He is an experienced nurse who knows the clinical setting and administrative aspect of any business setting. Robert completed his first bachelor's degree in Biology at the prestigious University of San Diego in 2010. Then he went on to obtain his second bachelor's in nursing at West Coast University. With his growing experience and knowledge he went on to obtain his master's degree in healthcare administration from Walden University in 2017. One of the best ways to describe Robert with one word is caring. This is evident in his charity work, which he has been conducting for the past 10 years. He started a charity organization called Bridge of Health, where he connects people and funding for pediatric cancer patients in United States and Armenia. He also belongs to professional nursing associations such as American Association of Nurses and American Association of Emergency Nurses.

Adrine Yesayan, RN, BSN,
When it comes to patients that need IV specialist, we send Adrine. She has been a registered nurse for more than 8 years. Adrine's passion and forte in nursing care is in surgery. She has been working in many surgical environments such as Avalon surgical center and Chevy Chase surgical centers, where she assisted patients with their needs, as well as the doctors with the procedures. In those surgical centers, she not only was a nurse but was the Director of Nursing, where her leadership skills have been polished by years of experience. As our company grows, we consult with her on new hire processes and training. One of the best ways to describe Adrine is professional. Adrine has been a part of Bridge of Health team for over 8 years in various positions from administrator to director. She belongs to professional nursing associations such as American Association of Nurses and American Association of Surgical Nurses.
